Photo storage isn't set up yet

Most styles get their photo from Shopify automatically each night — that part is already working. This is only about the ones Shopify has never had, where somebody photographs the sample. Those pictures exist nowhere else, so uploads stay switched off until there's a durable place to keep them.

Still to do, in the AWS console:

Create the S3 bucket chique-wip-images in ap-south-1, with public access blocked and versioning on.
Create an IAM user for it using deploy/iam-policy.json.
Put the key and secret into backend/.env and set WIP_S3_ENABLED=true.
Restart the service.

Everything else here works now. Browsing and searching photos already uploaded is unaffected.
